Assisted Transitions Scheduler
Assisted Transitions was in need of a tool that manages employee shift/job scheduling with a minimal amount of effort.
Prior to that, scheduling was taking about 10-15 hours a week to setup employees to each shift/job.
Now with the scheduler, Assisted Transitions only has to post available shifts/jobs on the website. Then the employees/subs login and review the shifts/jobs available and then commit/take ownership of the shifts/jobs that they want.
Automatic emails are generated to employees every day when new jobs have been added and are available. A system of forms allows Assisted Transitions to add clients, employees and jobs. Each employee has their own profile that can be managed by them. There is also a system of permission granting that allows for hierarchical access to different parts of the web application. For example: Management/Administrators and Employees/Users.

Datadot Mexico
Datadot Mexico needed a tool to manage stolen vehicles in Mexico that have been imprinted with Datadot theft deterrent solutions.
With this tool, Datadot Mexico can view, manage and get information for all vehicles listed in it’s database. They can view the state (Stolen / Not Stolen) of vehicles using Datadot’s unique identifier and easily send the result to the authorities in Mexico.

We wanted to be able to attribute tasks to anyone in the organization as well as to view our workload in a condensed snapshot. This has been a great tool for us, now that we can manage all of our tasks we are reminded of what we need to do to satisfy our customers.
